The article substantiates the necessity of using active and interactive teaching methods in higher education institutions, such as design, modelling of professional situations, games, cases, quest technologies, etc. The purpose of the article is to highlight the peculiarities of applying interactive learning in practice. The methods of synthesis, analysis, data collection, and generalization were used for the theoretical development of the topic.
